York River Hall - Typical Room Plan

 Most rooms (not all) are 11 feet wide by 17 feet long.

 Fourth floor dormer rooms have 11 feet wide by 17 feet long floor dimensions; however provide 3’ less in ceiling length due to a sloped ceiling.  Students living in these rooms are given Captains Cash for the inconvenience ofdecreased space.

 Windows are 42 3/4” x 57 3/4”  or  58 1/2” x 57 1/2”
