ROOM RETENTION FORM

  We the undersigned would like to retain our current apartment or house for the 2009-2010 academic year.  We have all turned in our Housing & Dining Service Contract Acceptance Forms by the March 6, 2009 deadline.

By signing below, we acknowledge that we have read and do hereby understand the “Room Retention” paragraph in the 2009-2010 Housing Lottery Guidelines.  By retaining our apartment or house, we will also keep our current rooms; we cannot switch rooms within the apartment or house.  If any of us cancel our Housing Contract, we know that our Housing Deposit will be forfeited in its entirety.  We also understand that if any of us should cancel our Housing Contract, then the Office of University Housing reserves the right to fill the vacancy in our apartment or house.
