ROOM RETENTION FORM

We the undersigned would like to retain our current unit for the 2008-2009 academic year . We have all turned in our Housing & Dining Service Contract Acceptance Form for Upper-Class Students by the March 7, 2008 deadline.

By signing below, we acknowledge that we have read and do hereby understand the "Room Retention" paragraph in the 2008-2009 Housing Lottery Guidelines. By retaining our unit, we will also keep our current rooms; we cannot switch rooms within the unit. If any of us cancel our housing contracts, we know that our housing deposit will be forfeited in its entirety. We also understand that if any of us should cancel our housing contract, then the Office of University Housing reserves the right to fill the empty vacancy in our unit.
