Off Campus Housing
Students who would like information about off-campus housing can stop by or call the Office of University Housing located at 12399 Warwick Blvd, Newport News, VA 23606, phone number (757) 594-7756. We have also developed some Helpful Hints for things to look for when selecitng an apartment or other rental property. The handout is available in the Office of University Housing or on line at Helpful Hints. In conjunction with the city of Newport News, CNU has also developed a helpful brochure on being a good neighbor. You can access this brochure on line at www.nngov.com/city-manager/offcampus_cnu and hard copies of the brochure can be picked up on campus in the Housing Office, Student Services Office or CNU Police Department.
